“Products” refers to industrial supplies including but not limited to valves, pipes, fittings, flanges, FRC products, tools and consumables.
“Services” refers to industrial trading, general trading, import and export, contracting, labour or manpower supply, and industrial services offered by the Company.
“Enquiry” refers to any request for quotation, information or engagement submitted through the Website or by other means.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Website. 5. Quotations, Pricing and Payment
All quotations issued by the Company are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Beyond such period, prices are subject to revision.
Prices are quoted exclusive of GST, transportation, insurance, installation and any other applicable taxes or charges unless specifically mentioned.
Payment terms (advance, milestone or credit) shall be as agreed in the quotation or purchase order.
Title and risk in the Products shall pass to you in accordance with the agreed Incoterms.
6. Delivery
Delivery timelines mentioned in our quotation or order acknowledgement are estimates based on information available at the time. The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, transportation disruptions, supplier delays or regulatory action.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software and the compilation thereof, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

14. Dispute Resolution
The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of such negotiation, either party may refer the dispute to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Ahmedabad, in the English language, by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties.
15. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate or restrict your access to the Website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us or third parties.
16. Severability
